feat(dashboard): add 3 RH KPI widgets to dashboard grid

Infraestructura requested to merge diego-dev into main

New widgets in WIDGET_CATALOG under "RH" category:

  • kpi-rh-rotacion: HC total, altas, bajas, rotación % with Detalle
  • kpi-rh-reclutamiento: vacantes, cubiertas, abiertas, cobertura %
  • kpi-rh-demandas: demandas activas, empresas afectadas, etapas

Each widget uses WidgetWrapper + KpiCard + footer Detalle button matching the exact Finanzas KPI pattern. Detalle buttons open the existing RH modals (rotacion, reclutamiento, demandas).
