feat(rh): rewrite submodule pages to match Finanzas style

Infraestructura requested to merge diego-dev into main

Dashboard: wire onDrillDown to 3 RH KPI widgets so eye icon opens the rich detail modals.

Reclutamiento page: KPI strip with progress bars, trend ComposedChart, top 15 empresas stacked bar, reclutador ranking, detail table with Cobertura % and % del Total progress bars. Pagination added.

Rotacion page: KPI strip, trend ComposedChart (HC bars + altas/bajas lines + rotación % right axis), top 15 empresas horizontal bar, filters (portafolio/empresa/clasificación), detail table with progress bars. Pagination added.

Demandas page: KPI strip (3 cards), donut by etapa procesal, horizontal bar by empresa, portafolio distribution, filters (portafolio/empresa/etapa), detail table with % del Total.

All 3 pages now follow the exact RSV/Finanzas pattern with CollapsibleSections, Recharts, dark/light theme, and Pagination.
