Non-admin users can't access /fuentes (Consultar datos) where the TABLEAU 2025 sync button lives. Added a "Sync datos" button in the Mis Dashboards header that calls triggerSheetsSync() to refresh data from Google Sheets. Shows spinner while syncing and a brief success/error message.
